If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at  and include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending the product back.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method (PayPal, card, etc.) within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.


Non-returnable items

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital downloads

  • Items marked as “Final sale” or “Clearance”


Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The product was damaged during delivery, or

  • You received the wrong item.

In such cases, we will cover the full return shipping cost.


Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at  with photos of the product and packaging.
We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on your preference.
